Futaba 5" FED...It's monochrome. Will get pixel array size later.

What of the high cost of this mask v. reticle? Also, masks need to be replaced regularly, don't they? What lithographic equip. will be used for larger substrates with this mask? Canon recently announced a new machine for Q1 '97 release. They're asking $5 Million.

You are with Si Video now, right? The trade press reports you guys got AT&T's (DARPA owned) MRS Panel Printer. Are you going to use it? Or are you going to use masks?
