SANTA ANA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 14, 2001-- Starbase Corp. (Nasdaq:SBAS), the leading provider of end-to-end collaborative products for both the development and management of content and code for enterprise and e-business applications, today announced that Levi, Ray & Shoup Inc. (LRS), a global provider of innovative information technology solutions, has developed an employee and customer knowledge portal that utilizes the StarTeam customization capabilities of StarGate Software Developer Kit (SDK).
The portal is designed to facilitate collaboration between customers and employees. LRS will be launching the customer portal at the Fifth Annual PensionGold Users' Conference scheduled Nov. 13-16, 2001.

As the central corporate repository, LRS stores code and content and drives dynamic site content from the StarTeam server. Utilizing the StarGate SDK, LRS has developed a customized application that incorporates into its employee and customer portal all customer data stored within the CRM system and billing databases. These knowledge portals bring all data together via the StarTeam VirtualTeam Server.
