[Iceberg and Bankruptcy]

Iceberg has missed something in his research. Amati HAS commanded fnancing from a private investor. His name is G. Soros. Bankrupt??? NOT!

Now if I remember the agreement correctly, Amati has no obligation to him if the doors were closed tomorrow due to lack of operating costs. What I am saying is that Soros takes a bullet in the foot. (Remember Amati is still free to solicit outside financing, and to my knowledge has not.)

I believe the Soros agreement was made with enough Amati forethought to financially get them through to the time where money starts rolling in the door. Its too blatant of an error to make to not to plan for.

For me. this puts to bed the consideration of any secondary offerings.
