Every now and then fleeting thought occurs- why new listed at new high. Reason is the issue of overhead resistance. Service never verbalized this. I learned from David Ryan. Amazing what we can find free in modern era of communication. Why buy only on bullish bar- bearish bar particularly if big one, like we saw in two new listed, is setting up overhead resistance. If they break through this resistance, then will consider buying. Ignore the news- AKA talking heads; we join the party only when bulls are winning.
