Dave... I'm not saying that MCF is heading down (don't want to piss off the longs <ggg>). However if it was to break this level on a little volume than I would have to say it could be in for a big drop. That is why I said make or break. I would say the larger percentage of stocks do a third bounce before crashing from a top....not sure what MCF will do. Best Regards KEITH
