The UN authority the coalition had to throw Saddam out of Kuwait did not give the coalition permission to topple the existing Iraq government. Yet you now give Bush 50% of the blame? Explain how any fault is Bush Sr's, let alone 50%.

Please explain how Clinton was 50% of the blame then?

Who's authority does the US need to come to the aid of an ally?

I don't think coming to the aid of Israel by attacking Palestine will garner a lot of world sympathy and support but, what the hell, go for it.
