for win2000 users.... here is a clickstream to access a ton of behind the scenes info on what causes system errors and warnings.... start\settings\control panel\adminstrative tools\event viewer once there, highlight either 'application logs' or 'system logs' in the directory tree. then, in the right side pane, right-click the desired event (either information, error or warning) and select 'properties'. once you are in that dialog, clicking on the pages icon will copy the details of the event to the clipboard. good luck, and hope this helps someone :) mark
