As a Strathmore shareholder, I would like to direct your attention
to some interesting developments.

Spot U3O8 uranium prices rose by .50 for the week ending Jan 4, and
Cis spot prices rose .40. This is the first time in a long while
that Uranium prices have stabilized, and actually rose.

Of interest is the recent move up in Cameco, following a long decline
and recent consolidation period. As I am sure most of you know,
CCO-T (or CCJ-NYSE) is the North American uranium industry equivalent
of a Barrick or Newmont. Technically, CCO has moved up through
multiple moving averages, and looks poised to resume an uptrend.
This bodes well for the juniors as well, and there are very
few of those to choose from. SMR is a solid choice, among others.

According to USEG, another US listed Uranium company,
the tone in the market has changed from bearish
to bullish, and much more Uranium is now being purchased on the spot
market.

Regards

Dan
