<<I'm not a big believer that new term limits will do much good... (but I do believe that a Constitutional Convention is the ONLY way to ever get our Constitution changed. The very fear of a convention would likely force our gutless Congress to 'man-up' and pass a suggested amendment on to the States for ratification). I would be scared to death of a constitutional convention. The right wing might take us back to slavery. I don't think term limits matter either; and it takes experience to know how to govern. The problem is the voters vote in stupid people. And the only answer to that is education.
