Steve... Hi, It seems that you have some investing, trading, computer, software, and RT data experience that I would like to tap. I am starting to consider getting into day trading and am beginning to look at desktop systems. Can you give me any generalized recomendations as to minimum or middle of the road level on system components and specs? For instance processor speed, what's good? Ram, what's good? monitor(s) screen size? cards?, etc. It appeasr that for starters I'll be using a standard phone line, and am most impressed at this point with MBT and Realtick III. Also I am looking for some tool to help me find plays, like First Alert, Stock Wizard, or MBT's Weasel. Have you any experience or suggestions in this area? I am others here could benefit from some discussion of equipment and software as well. Or maybe you would prefer to recommend someone or another resource for me to check.
