Dynamic Healthcare Technologies and Saint Louis
University Health Sciences Center to Partner in
Surgery Information System Project

Partnership with flagship hospital in Tenet Healthcare Corporation
paves the way for broader application

LAKE MARY, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 23, 1999-- Dynamic Healthcare Technologies, Inc., (NASDAQ:DHTI -
news) today announced an agreement with Saint Louis University Health Sciences Center to partner in the next stages of
developing Dynamic SurgiPlus, a perioperative clinical information system. The two organizations have been moving forward
with preparations for testing the pre-operative evaluation phase of the system at Saint Louis University Hospital, one of 129
hospitals that are part of Tenet Healthcare Corporation. The agreement marks formal recognition of a long-term commitment to
introducing a comprehensive information management solution into the surgical services market.

Affiliated with Saint Louis University School of Medicine, Saint Louis University Health Sciences Center includes Saint Louis
University Hospital, a 356-bed acute care teaching hospital, and SLUCare, healthcare services for the community. As Dynamic
SurgiPlus demonstrates value in the Saint Louis healthcare environment, the long-term objective is to standardize its
development so it could be put into place throughout Tenet's large network of providers.

In announcing the agreement, Mitchel J. Laskey, Dynamic's president and CEO, said, ''We are delighted to be working with a
business partner of this stature. The Department of Anesthesiology at the Saint Louis University School of Medicine has a
reputation for excellence. The department is committed not only to providing high quality healthcare but also to research and to
educating the next generation of anesthesiologists. Their involvement with us in this effort will contribute to its success, not only
within a regional healthcare provider network. The standards we develop here will establish its functionality and value for large
corporate providers like Tenet.''

Lawrence J. Baudendistel, MD, PhD, chairman of the department of anesthesiology, commented, ''Anesthesiology
departments have to work harder and smarter today. Currently, we rely almost completely on computerized anesthesia
records. We can analyze certain types of information from our computerized anesthetic records, but, without a comprehensive
perioperative system, we are unable to do outcome studies in a timely and cost-effective manner. As healthcare continues to
change and, quite frankly, become more competitive, to be able to compete in a city, state or region, hospitals and hospital
systems must be able to show that a particular procedure is cost-effective and safe. That is exactly what Dynamic SurgiPlus is
designed to do.''

The pre-operative evaluation function of Dynamic SurgiPlus, in testing at Saint Louis University Health Sciences Center, is
designed to reduce or eliminate surgical case delays and cancellations that result when reports and other information required
prior to surgery is not available. It also includes an interactive patient assessment tool that highlights potential areas of concern
and alerts healthcare providers to situations that might require particular attention.

Dynamic SurgiPlus is a state-of-the-art perioperative clinical information system that collects, organizes and presents
information related to a patient's surgical encounter to all members of the perioperative care team--nursing, anesthesia, surgical
services and administration--from scheduling to recovery and pain management.

Dynamic Healthcare Technologies, Inc. Announces
System Implementations At Customer Sites

LAKE MARY, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 1, 1999--Dynamic Healthcare
Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: DHTI - news) today announced a number of recent successful
customer implementations of its anatomic pathology, radiology, laboratory and health information management information
systems.

Over the past 60 days, Dynamic CoPathPlus--the company's market-leading image and voice-enabled anatomic pathology
solution--went into live operation at City of Hope National Medical Center in Duarte, Calf.; Manchester Memorial Hospital in
Manchester, Conn.; HubCare (formerly HubSouth) Medical Group in Hattiesburg, Miss.; Hospital for Sick Children in
Toronto, Ontario; University of Pittsburgh Medical Center/Horizon in Greenville, Penn.; New York Methodist Hospital in
Brooklyn, N.Y., which is part of the New York Hospital-Cornell Medical Center network; and Good Shepherd Hospital, part
of the Advocate Health System in Chicago. The implementations include both new system placements and migrations from the
company's first generation pathology solution, CoPath M, to the newer technology offering.

During the same time period, Dynamic radiology solutions went live in several settings. The company implemented Dynamic
RadPlus (formerly Maxifile C/S) at Deaconess Hospital in Oklahoma City. Dynamic RadPlus is a comprehensive client/server
radiology information system (RIS) that is image-enabled and allows physicians to view images in conjunction with patient
information at any time from any RIS workstation. Dynamic PACSPlus, an information-enabled picture archiving and
communication system that includes a web-based teleradiology component--Dynamic WebSight--went live at Next Generation
Radiology in Merrick, N.Y., and Children's Mercy Hospital in Kansas City, Mo.

The company implemented its Premier Series laboratory information system at Shannon Clinic in San Angelo, Tex. This is one
of 28 installations and migrations the company has underway in the laboratory information management product area.

In addition, the company upgraded nine customer locations to the newest version of its health information management system.
Those sites now using Dynamic RecordPlus version 1.12 include Borgess Medical Center in Kalamazoo, Mich.; Southeast
Georgia Regional Medical Center in Brunswick, Ga.; Oroville Hospital in Oroville, Calf.; Proctor Hospital in Peoria, Ill.; Mercy
Health System in Springfield, Oh.; Medical Center Hospital in Odessa, Tex.; Indian River Memorial Hospital in Vero Beach,

Scott Waldrop, senior vice president and chief operating officer for Dynamic Healthcare Technologies, said implementations
are accelerating along with sales. ''As we introduced and implemented our client/server solutions over the last 12 months, we
were deploying new technology. As with any new product, there's a learning curve. What we accomplished in 1998 now lets us
deploy our systems more quickly. That is gratifying to us and to our customers. And, of course, having the new technology up
and operating demonstrates its value. That leads to even more sales and more implementations!''

Mr. Waldrop added that the company is in the process of installing and implementing its anatomic pathology, clinical laboratory,
document management and radiology information systems at approximately 80 customer sites across the country. This includes
both new system installations as well as upgrades from one system to a newer generation system.

fourth quarter total of more than $7.5 million in sales bookings was an all-time high for the company.

California,

Irvine, Medical Center Irvine, California Norwalk Hospital Norwalk, Connecticut Parkland Memorial Hospital Dallas, Texas

Michael Carlay, Dynamic's senior vice president, sales and marketing, said, ''The momentum we began to see during the fourth
quarter is a direct result of the fact that our newer technology client/server systems--Dynamic CoPathPlus and Dynamic
RadPlus--have had time to demonstrate their value at provider sites. When we introduced the new technology, first in
pathology and then six months later in radiology, we knew there would be some hesitancy on the part of customers to relinquish
products they were familiar with to try something new. Now that more and more sites have had time to work with our two
client/server systems, they've begun to realize the advantages and are now able to serve as reference sites for other customers
who are considering a Dynamic solution. This is a natural part of bringing any new technology to market and I would anticipate
that our sales momentum will continue!''
