My point remains the same. An outage, even a major one, won't hurt them that much, IMHO. They are amazing at putting a positive spin on even the worst of news. They could be down for a full day and they'll have everyone believing it was due to them rushing to get more lines in, and the busy signal problem will be solved shortly. I'm hearing more and more that the busy signal problem is nowhere near as bad anymore. You and I both know it's because so many people have given up in disgust, but what would you bet that AOL will never cite that as the reason....
