It is cynical and obscene to say the people who pay the most don't deserve a break. Other than sounding good to all people who don't pay as much in taxes, how do you justify your argument for "Bush's proposal to give most of it away to millionaires"?

Don't you realize that the people who will get the biggest breaks are the one's that pay most?
