I could care less if there is a mandate or not. Why in the world did you think that? I said it was a basic conservative philosophy that people be responsible for themselves - not the government. What I do keep asking is how do we manage cost. If republicans don't like Obamacare - and Medicare - how do they see this issue playing out. What do you want to replace these things with. HOW do you manage cost?
