Your solution for medical care cost are to repeal AND create regulation?

That's all the government can do.

I would of course suggest more repeals than creates - opening the market to providers and lower their cost of operations.

I could care less if there is a mandate or not. Why in the world did you think that?

You should be extremely concerned about a government over stepping bounds and ignoring the constitution.
