The leak game is an old one. You could ask Valerie Plame about it, but my understanding is that was all somebody else's fault.

On the other hand, classifying everything under the sun to keep inconvenient information under wraps is an old game too. All I can say is that the absence of any recent PR campaigns about how well things are going in Iraq seems indicative of something. They used to be a regular occurrence.
