Greenland isn't all glaciers. There is some of it which is open to the ocean.

Greenlanders have had a hate on for Danes for hundreds of years. The Danes treated them like second class citizens. They aren't. For a good read try "Smylla's Sense of Snow."

Platinova (PAS) sent a ship up to the area off Thule (They call it Washington Land, I think) in late August, so that it will be in place for next years drilling season. Nothing to do with Diamonds, they think they have a Lead Zinc discovery, which may rival Polaris.

MGJ and PAS are in West Greenland, searching for whatever. I don't think there is any connection between them, other than geography.

There have been some discoveries which appear interesting, from the posts. I don't know I haven't any inside info. Sometimes I don't know if I have any outside info. Anyway, the PAS page say's there are indications of garnet.

Check out the Platinova page. I found it interesting, so I bought some.

Steve Joy posts on the MGJ page, and some others concerned with Canadian mining. He has worked for MGJ. He's a Newfoundlander, and I am betting he knows a bit about Greenland Diamonds.

Anyway, I am wondering how many diamond exploration stocks I can buy, and cover the world. Ashton - (Australia) - is going to spend a bunch of money looking for diamonds in Tasmania.

If all these mines hit diamonds, we will use them instead of gravel.
