Dave,
MAG is one of the biggies in the Monitor business. Yes, the monitor that you got should be good. It is one of the newer ones from MAG innovision, PnP and all.
If you or anyone else will notice in June+ issues of a lot of PC magazines, Micron now shows a picture of their towers with an Iomega Jaz in it. First PC brand I've seen doing that in their ads. More power to them.
