Could it be because "other online services and Internet service providers say disgruntled AOL customers are leaving in droves."? herald.com {One respite, at least AOLers who bought the annual plans can now get off the hook.) Field of AOL Nightmares, "IF you build it they will leave". BTW, it must be truly exasperating owning a company people are lining up (and waiting and waiting) to leave. Regards
