Flair & all --

About the 3COM report, I was checking about
TI chips in 3COM Networking Equipment, but
I couldn't find any information. However,
I'm still interested to see if the 3COM CEO says
anything about x2 modems -- especially in
regard to the ISPs. I believe 3COM is the
primary supplier of 56K modems to AOL (using
the TI chip of course.)

TI IR told me that networking is their second
biggest market for DSP/Analog chips. I'm still
trying to figure out who their biggest
channels/customers are for this market.
Can anybody help?

Remember -- 10:30 am CNBC -- 3COM CEO

I'm not focusing too much on the memory, because
I've pretty much figured it would be a drag
anyway.
