hate to burst your bubbles but wall street is populated with white collar criminals a Buy rec is issued because they've loaded up long ago and are ready to sell - gotta generate interest to liquidate a big position a Sell rec is issued because they're looking to panic any weak holders and a re ready to start accumulating after which they'll initiate a new cycle of churning n burning the public you see - wall street couldn't care less what they're peddling so long as they can make a quick buck - con artists one and all funny thing is the regulators aren't smart enough to see this obvious deception - on the otherhand maybe they're in bed with the white collar criminals running the street you figure it out :)
