The article referencing the typo in the UUNT press release was a sleazy piece of journalism. The article did not reference the fact that ASND issued a KILL on the article and issued a corrected version within a couple of hours. --------- KILL BW1058 (ASCEND-COMMUNICATIONS) KILL this story and the subsequent correction, BW0075 (CQN-ASCEND-COMMUNICATIONS). A substituted release will be moved shortly. BW0077 SEP 25,1997 ------------ For the journalist NOT to mention the fact that ASND issued a KILL on the press release and released a corrected version is quite misleading. For the journalist to futher insinuate that this was intentional 'ASND marketing hype' is an irresponsible act of journalism. Leeza Rodriguez
