NEW YORK, Dec 13 (Reuters) - Stocks were steady in after-hours activity Monday, traders said.

The shares of International Business Machines Corp. traded up 1/16 to 110-1/4 after gaining 1-5/16 during
the regular session. Dell Computer Corp. was unchanged at 41-3/4 on Instinet.

The companies said IBM Senior Vice President James Vanderslice will leave the company for a job as
vice-chairman at Dell.

Internet venture backer CMGI Inc. gained 1-1/16 to trade at 212-13/16 on Island ECN. The company
entered a venture aimed at investing in Internet opportunities in China.

Net2Phone Inc. gained 1/4 to 64-1/8 on Instinet after posting first quarter results.
