Hi Steve,

Thats what I thought.

With 2 Mil. shares traded, the stock was flat.

I figured thats where They wanted it to be and that was where it was going to stay.

If it had been me, I would have bought them back for the sure $10000 but he said no and went for the whole enchilada and the price stayed flat.

Got the books. Wife is bringing them down to Huntington Beach tomorrow.
