Re: Older Folk Portfolio -- Yesterday's Activity As an income & growth investor, the Older Folk Portfolio (OFP) is expected to earn over half a million dollars in annual income within 5 years. Since the previous goal was to achieve $300K in annual income by 2022, and that objective was achieved, it was time to establish a new goal and half a million in annual income by the end of 2027 is that goal. Today I added: CEF's: BST .... 63.898 shares @ $31.29 EOI .... 128.205 shares @ $15.63 EOS ... 125.235 shares @ $16.00 ETY .... 171.969 shares @ $11.64 STK .... 75.301 shares @ $26.58 EQUITIES: APD ...... 6.955 shares @ $287.28 ARES ... 24.931 shares @ $80.12 CMI ...... 8.045 shares @ $248.21 FDX ..... 9.862 shares @ $202.82 MDLZ .. 31.216 shares @ $64.19 TSCO .. 8.89 shares @ $255.04 UNP .... 9.662 shares @ $206.99 I sold a partial position in GPC. I had a $60,000 gain and decided to take that amount out. GPC had grown into one of the largest positions in the portfolio. A full position is $80,000 and it was trimmed back to $79,168.
