Disaster de jour: Juniper Networks (JNPR)

Just gave Q4 earnings warning -- Q4 earnings will be 0.05 cents (.10 estimate) and revenues for Q4 are down to $15o million vs. estimates of $200 million. As usual, JNPR cites reduced spending by customers (decreased capex spending by telecoms) in an uncertain environment.
