Hi ftth,

The FCC innovated path licensing in the 70-80-90 GHz band ( 02-146, 05-45), and continued with a new form of site licensing in the 3650-3700 MHz band (05-56).

Cognitive radio developments are being discussed by regulators in many bands, and the old grade B contour kind of site licensing is changing to a more contentious model ;-)
