The level of investment will be quite high, along with the expectations of the Iraqi's. At this point I imagine the entire national infrastructure needs very major investments.

I am sure the Iraqi's will be driving a hard bargain and investors will want to ensure a stable environment is reached. I would not be running in during the first quarters to drop the first billlion down. Lets see how well the three competing factions will forget the past and work together to provide a good environment for investment.

I will focus on land drillers, but between England's brilliant disincentive to drill and the potential of Iraq, I wont be touching any drillers heavy into deepwater. Maybe even time to part with my NE.
