Joe - Yes to all of your arguments. Perhaps that is why Novell is trading at a six year low! I was thinking .... Mr. Young is due to retire soon (I believe he is 62 or 63) and our CEO is still quite young (42 or 43) and in his prime....just maybe...maybe Mr. Young will retire this year? My only fear is that the long term investor isn't provided the time for these things to play out if the company does a "buy-under" <ugh!>. EKS
