Looks like the news did not come. (Lest I cannot find any.) Anemic volume and a further slide. I would dare say these folks to not give a rat's butt about the stock. That could be good or bad I suppose. I would agree that Herb does not really care as he just wants out with his coffee business. Does anyone know if he plans to have anything to do with the new company? If not, I suspect his stock goes to the new guys in some sort of sweet deal -- a cash-out, so to speak. All mere speculation on my part, but I cannot see too many other explanations for their apathy toward JAVA, the stock. I would also say that if TriStar is as profitable as is being assumed, someone would know it and be buying shares of JAVAD. No one is really buying and a few are indeed selling. I do not see wild shorting of the stock -- not enough volume. The thing drops like a rock on any sort of selling. I really hope TriStar is a profitable company.
