Hi everyone, I've been reading this message board for quite some time and decided to add my input as well. First I agree with you that this stock is way under valued. Second let me inform all of you that Fidelity Funds filed on 2/12/98 that they own approximately 950,000 shares. That's almost 9% of the outstanding shares and almost 20% of the current float. My sources are telling me that this company is close to be taken over by another software company. I heard that Yossi Hollander moved back to Israel and Dalia is in process of moving back. To my opinion their move to Israel points to a single conclusion that the transaction is near. I agree with you that I would like to see the share go to $30-$35 and then taken over. My estimate is that the company will be sold for $32, but its only my guess. I hope I helped, The Snake.
