Hi VLAD
Enjoyed your stuff about E*trade. They're absolutely worthless. I've lost about 40K trying to deal with their infrastructure. I use a direct modem connection and, I guess they don't like money, they threaten to kick me off the system every 3 minutes - as I'm PAYING THEM 27 CENTS PER MINUTE! Like slamming the door in the customer's face! I'm soo busy trying to just keep connected, (I also use the Internet and HAT kicks me off every so often, that I can't keep my mind on my trading. They put 300 shares of PER in my account and won'y take it out. Their notification of this came 7 DAYS after they did it. NO SATISFACTION TO MY COMPLAINT. I said I would call the SEC and the guy said "good luck."
I'm so fed up I don't know where to turn next. Why does CNBC keep running their ads? I think CNBC should take some of the blame.
They say "do it yourself." What a fraud. Most of the time you can't make trades. Forget the phone, my hold times have always been over an hour."
