More likely? Trump blackmailed Ukraine when in office, refusing support without fabricated dirt on his U.S. political opponent - Biden. When out of office, he blocked the senate from providing weapons to Ukraine, much just as he blocked the bipartisan border security bill. Trump is a Russian stooge. And virtually all members of the GOP became Trump stooges. Perhaps the worst is Graham, who sacrificed all of his principals.
