Modify the "Damn" Agreement.... "....Novell can't sell it, because the product is based on Intel's LANDesk software, for which Novell has a source code license agreement." I am sure INTEL will agree to something. Perhaps a royalty based fee arrangement...BUT does Novell really want to sell it? Maybe Novell and CA can establish a cross licensing deal with some residual to go to INTEL. Hey throw in some Novell stock to Intel and maybe Intel will buy the rest of the company <ugh!>. EKS
