Balance sheet looks very scary - current assets vs. current liabilities especially the accrued payroll. Another financing is going to happen, and based on the current price, they are doing the rollback to give themselves a little room to maneuver. I think that there is still a lot of room in the stock price - a couple of weeks could be a good entry point. Once the dust settles.
