INSS was falling through the floor before the upgrade. I think Alex Brown may have been covering their investment (not that a broker would EVER issue its recommendations based on its own stake in a stock...perish the thought!).

They may have restored INSS' s foundations but they left a nasty gap in the chart. No earnings out for a couple of months to keep this one together. Next few days should tell us if it can break out again, or it's headed south - again.

This company isn't worth $24 even with 100% growth. They cannot hire enough engineers to keep expanding that fast, nor can management digest that much growth at once.
