Many minorities are against affirmative action. Or they're for it, but only privately, for they don't want to be perceived as whiners who can't make it on their own ability.

Tenchusatsu, its too bad too because discrimination is still rampant in the corporate world. However, its not very visible and the status quo is maintained discreetly.

Having said that, I would never give a job to someone based solely on race or sexual gender.
