Not only that, but it also caused Greenspan to increase interest rates a lot more than they should have been.

The consequences of these outright lies were far-reaching. Most importantly, it totally stifles the argument that Clinton ruled over a great economy. It wasn't great. It was a lie, similar to lies told by Ken Lay, the lies at WorldComm, and Global Crossing.

Obviously, the lying leadership of Clinton for the last eight years brought us the lying corporate leadership that we're now seeing.

It will be years before this country recovers from the 90s.
