I've received this e-mail "Hi everyone, I personally spoke to the Gonzalez family this morning. They asked that I express their most sincere thanks to everyone for all your our efforts to help Elian stay in the US. They also implored that we continue to contact, whether by mail, e-mail, or phone calls government officials. If we can get enough politicians to support our position we have an extremely good chance of being victorious. As you will see from my previous e-mails I have already received two personal e-mails from Senators. This proves that some are listening to our views. PLEASE continue to make contacts. If they see enough people are in favor of Elian remaining here then it betters our odds enormously. From the comments of one of the Senators Congress may be a very good way to have our voices be heard. I will attempt to compile a list of US Congress members and contact information and pass it on to you. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE continue to voice your opinion to them. Thank you. Martha"
