When I bought my HP Deskjet 932C USB printer in the spring, they had detailed instructions for USB that said "Follow these exactly"

You have to, or else you have to uninstall the USB drivers, and start again. Usually I don't read instructions when it comes to computers, but when I ran into problems making the printer work, I had to go back and follow the USB instructions word for word, and now it works perfect.

USB rocks, I will never buy another add on device other than USB. Not even SCSI.

USB from now on.

That's another reason I like Drive Image. If I have problems, say I install another USB device and everything goes bonkers, I just restore an image, and back to a working computer.
