Was the 6/30/95 date arbitrary or was this the date they announced their intent to convert ?
If you were going to choose 2 or 3 banks in your part of the state, which ones would they be? Also do you have any good ideas for 1 or 2 good ones in CT & RI, I'd really appreciate it.
I've got some time this week, & I may head down that way to open up a couple.
