"Is Angelo still in charge? The movement finally was up this last week. It's still selling below its book value. This resembles a reit which I don't like. Can they keep the dividend? Has your attitude changed - from like a half position is still viable?" Angler, good questions. I let mine go sometime back until there is greater clarity. Until I see evidence of the market finding value I will keep my distance. However, I do believe that the tide could change should we see another int. dip. Don't know about Angelo but shake up with recent dip may still be bringing more challenges to him. Its still probably a safe play but Im not on that page this year. Good luck, Dave
