sunw sent out proxy sunw ceo and board is against #4 that will give stock holder the right to vote on compensation givin I'm for #4 why the ceo and directors are way over paid based on perfomance of sunw wich has been poor, I'm all for geting what you can but the board gives money to get money w/ on influence from stockholders the vote is nonbinding but the board will take a good look @ what stockholders say
