| PhoneGuard Chairman Joins Traffic Safety Leaders for National Distracted Driving Summit in Washington, DC

BOCA RATON, FL, Oct 18, 2011 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- PhoneGuard, Inc., a
subsidiary of Options Media Group Holdings, Inc. (otcqb:OPMG) (pinksheets:OPMG)
and a provider of mobile applications, today announces that Chairman, Keith St.
Clair, joined dozens of executives from government agencies, major corporations
and non-profit agencies from across the country to participate in the National
Organizations for Youth Safety's (NOYS) 2011 National Teen Distracted Driving
Summit. The event, which was sponsored by AT&T and the Allstate Insurance
Foundation, included presentations from key national leaders from the Centers for
Disease Control and Prevention, the U.S. Department of Transportation's National
Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) and the National Transportation
Safety Board (NTSB). Mr. St. Clair participated on a panel hosted by Celeste
McCray of the Federal Communications Commission. Personal messages to the summit
were delivered via video from two-time Grammy nominated singer/songwriter Justin
Bieber and from Secretary of Transportation, Ray LaHood, both of whom thanked
 those in attendance.

"The dangers of distracted driving are an issue for all of us, but particularly
for younger drivers," commented Mr. St. Clair. "While 20% of all injury crashes
involve reports of distracted driving, the age group with the greatest portion of
distracted drivers is the under 20 age group. It is a saddening statistic, but
16% of all fatal crashes involving drivers under 20 years old were reported to be
related to distracted driving. One of our major goals of PhoneGuard is to reverse
these disturbing statistics through the use of our products. The National
Distracted Teen Driving Summit is an important event as it is attended by not
only government policymakers, but also by leading executives from the private
sector. Working together we can do something about this problem and this message
 clearly permeated this summit."

The recently announced PhoneGuard product offerings position the Company at the
intersection of safety and connectivity by disabling texting, emailing and
keyboard functions of a mobile phone while in a vehicle moving faster than 10
miles per hour, empowering drivers to take responsibility for personal security
and safe driving, while providing a host of additional safety and connectivity
 related benefits.

Mr. St. Clair continued, "We welcome the efforts of the National Organizations
for Youth Safety and all of the attendees at this summit. This is a very
important topic and one we take very seriously at PhoneGuard. We are highly
committed to advancing this cause through our continued product development and
our ongoing efforts to support the Remember Alex Brown Foundation, organized by
the family of teenager Alex Brown who tragically lost her life because of texting
 and driving."

The new PhoneGuard application targets teens that are looking to stay safe while
always ensuring they stay connected to their friends and family. The application
includes Text Block, Custom Auto-Reply, Admin Override and Panic Button.
PhoneGuard Family enables parents to play an active role in their family's safety
by protecting them on and off the road with features such as Text Block, Custom
Auto-Reply, Admin Override, Panic Button, Speed Control, Admin Control, Request
Permission and Remember Passcode. PhoneGuard Family Pro includes the same
features as PhoneGuard Family, plus Web Portal, Geo-Fencing, Custom Timeout and
Real-Time Tracking/Locator function, which uses GPS to locate a missing phone in
 real time.
