Thanks for the link although I'm not sure that there is much if anything of interest in the 38 page document download before or after page 12 which is a Joint Inter-Agency National Crisis Coordination Center in the FBI Strategic Information Operations Center.

What little meat there is in that National Crisis Coordination Center (NC3) Executive Summary on page 12 is now old and well massaged news highlighted below:
