another reason for share consolidation is to fulfil regulatory conditions for a possible NASDAQ listing. Most Canadian stocks when adding a listing to NASDAQ must trade at the $3.00 US level for a defined period of time. My guess is that Fleet is preparing itself for upward corporate mobility.
