Since WWII, NATO (USA) has took care of their defense. If the USA continues to expand their offensive against terrorism, the European community may have to increase their military for defense. Interesting and astute observation. Politics may be local, but it is also omnipresent. NATO's defense budget must be growing by leaps and bounds.......after all, the Ukraine is one scary mudda fukka of an enemy.
