Mike:

I over-reacted to this post I responded to, I felt this person was one of these people that seeks to have other people do the fact finding by posting negatively slanted questions. I was wrong, this person has, in fact, done some digging and has legitimate questions.

I typically take the time to look through the SEC internet site, all the search engines, Edgar, all the news services, call the company, try their product, check with their customers (were possible), go visit the company (if I have a chance), get their investor package, review their balance sheet and their profit and loss statements (when available), check SI, Motley Fool, Yahoo, Ragging Bull, as well as spending a few dollars on the investigative services that perform in-depth criminal record searches (several of them here on the internet, you would be amazed at the complete information that is available on company officers.

Anyway, I should not have flown off the handle, and I misjudge this person.

As for being a cheerleader, I certainly will speak up for an undervalued stock that I own. I feel it is undervalued due to the earnings I believe will be reported when the financials are released. I also believe there are signed deals which will be reported in coming new releases. I have also tried the TSIS service and I feel it will be very much in demand. Most penny stocks only seem to have good stories, few a have a solid product that you can actually sample and fewer are profitable (profitable and below a dollar with a small float).

I will refrain from posting, as I seem I am a little too sensitive. All the facts about TSIS will be out in their future news releases (near term). I will find out with the rest of the investors if the "rumors" are true, I tripled my holdings yesterday, I feel there will be earnings strong enough to propel this stock to values far exceeding its current price.

Good Luck to all, and I am sorry if I offend people by over-reacting (becoming ill-tempered in my old age).

Robert
