P.S. Federal Reserve action has never NOT failed to work and it will not fail now. No question they will get the markets higher for a period of time. I am very long now, but I am staying away from most semis, which is something on which Hickey and I agree. I suspect the difference in our thought process is a matter of experience. Really.
