The Senate committee clearly stated that evidence of links between Al Qaida and Iraq have been found, just not clear operational links; some WMDs were found in Iraq, just in a degraded state; only the last is a true "misperception". A lot, then, depends on what the wording of the question is. Of course, similar studies in years past have shown that persons on both sides of the aisle often have inaccurate pictures of whom they are voting for, and of the issues.........
